The MyRoutine team — three people, two continents, one shared mission.

The founder

James saw the gap before anyone filled it.

James had spent years working with creators across sport, health, and lifestyle. He watched talented people with engaged, loyal audiences recommend products every single day — and walk away with nothing for it. Not because they weren't valuable. Because they didn't have the right infrastructure.

The affiliate programmes existed. The audiences were there. But creators were being told that real money only came from paid posts and big sponsorships. So they chased those deals, often at the cost of their credibility, while the everyday product recommendations their audience actually trusted went completely unmonetised.

James spent months building a solution he'd use himself — a clean, structured storefront where any creator could organise their product recommendations into named routines, attach affiliate links, and share the whole thing from a single bio link. No ad budgets. No brand deals required. Just genuine recommendations, properly structured, working for them around the clock.

James also noticed something else. At some point, almost every creator ends up supporting a cause. Sometimes it's a one-off campaign. Sometimes it becomes a permanent part of who they are. But the tools to make that visible and actionable were always bolted on as an afterthought — if they existed at all.

So he built it in from the start. Every creator on MyRoutine can add a charity to their public profile — a visible signal of what they stand for, with a direct link for their audience to give. It costs nothing extra and takes seconds to set up. Whether you're a grassroots athlete supporting youth sport or a researcher pointing to a medical foundation, your platform can work for good as well as for you.

MyRoutine is built by a lean team spread across the UK and beyond. James leads product and strategy from the UK. Alongside him are two world-class freelancers who — in a very 2020s way — have only met in person a handful of times, yet have shipped everything you see here together.

We believe small teams move fast and stay honest. There's no committee sign-off, no layers of approval. When something needs fixing, it gets fixed. When a creator tells us something isn't working, we listen that week — not that quarter.
